Does your Lunar Echo have tap tempo capabilities ?
Unfortunately, no. The Lunar Echo is 100%, true, unbelievably warm, good ole analog delay. It's not digital, and it's not a hybrid. Many delays out there disguise or bend the truth on their "sounds." You would be surprised what you can dig up if you do some research. Anyways, because it is a complete analog circuit, we do not offer tap tempo capabilities. To do so would mean extensive research and a much longer build time, computer programming, and the cost would sky rocket, so much so, you could buy many digital tap delays a few times over just to equal one. Then at the end of the day the Lunar would then be a hybrid and not a total analog delay. We pride ourselves in the old analog technology.
However, not to lose all hope, we do offer an expression jack out on the Lunar Echo. This let's you plug in an expression pedal to control the delay time with your foot. It's what we would call "sweep tempo." All you need is an expression pedal with a 500k pot inside of it to get the entire range.
Do You do Endorsement deals?
We have been known to join forces with some higher powers, but we are not in the give away free stuff business. We do however love making relationships, hanging out, and talking shop. If you look at it as more of a friendship, than a "what can you give me" kind of deal, we will be much more willing to work with you on some stuff. A good indicator is if you have any of our stuff. Have you ever tried it? If not, how do you know our stuff doesn't suck? We want you to be happy most of all, but if you have never tried our gear, you won't know if you will be happy with it and it would be horrible to be endorsed by a company who's gear doesn't make you happy!
My pedal needs to be repaired, help?
Please get in contact with us. Please describe, in an email, as best as you can the sound, noise, or smell it has and/or isn't making. Be as descriptive as possible. There may be certain things you can do to better the process or we may just need you to send it in. Pedals, when used, sometimes just break, no need to feel bad about it, we would love to help get you back on track! Please send the back USPS Priority Mail (DO NOT send Parcel! We aren't responsible if it's lost!) Make sure you mark "warranty repair" on the box. If it is an International repair, please mark that on the Customs Declaration as well. Please also include a note, again, explaining the problem.
Do You Accept Returns?
If you are unhappy with your pedal, we will accept a return within 7 days of you receiving your pedal for a full refund (minus the initial shipping cost & custom color cost if applicable). We wish we could extend a longer return period, but in order to keep our prices low, we must keep a low overhead. If you are unsure, check out our dealers, they are setup for great return policies. We want you to be happy with your tone! If you are not happy with the pedal in your rig, simply shoot us an email and let us know! We may charge a 10% re-stocking fee if there is apparent damage to the pedal.
Do you charge shipping?
Yes we do... In order to keep our pedal cost low, we charge a small shipping fee. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship your pedal to you. Guaranteed 2-3 days in the states. We use USPS Priority International to ship Internationally.
What power supply can I use?
All of our pedals can safely run on Standard 9v DC center pin negative power. Some of our pedals can run on higher voltages for better headroom and these will be specified on each pedals page.
Are your pedals True Bypass?
Yes they are!! They will not suck any tone when off and if power is lost, it will still pass signal. If you have found that you are losing some high end, you probably have too many true bypass pedals. You need a buffer. It is important to find a healthy mix of true bypassed pedals and a good buffer or two. There is tons of information about this on the web.
