Foxy Pirate
The Foxy Pirate is a sexy transistor based fuzz! She is mean and a ton of fun to play around with! The Foxy Pirate pushes a ton of air through your amp and gives that really gritty smooth fuzz you have always wanted. She is our tweaked take on one of the very first fuzz boxes, the Guild Foxy Lady. We love the range of tones that the Foxy Pirate has to offer! The gain knob goes from "creamy interactive" to "sizzlin' hell bound madness!" The tone knob has a ginormous sweep range! It can get very very dark and very very brittle. There are a ton of tonal options in the Foxy Pirate.
The Foxy Pirate can also be extremely versatile with the addition of the Clean knob. The Clean knob uses Class A Mixer technology to split the original signal and the Foxy Pirate signal, giving you the option to combine both signals!! This let's you create a vast array of sounds between your original signal and the Foxy Pirate's fuzzy madness. The Clean knob function is so much more than your average blend knob, because you have two knobs(Level and Clean) to dial in any mixture you want, not just the boring 50/50 ratio in traditional "blend knob" pedals. The clean knob is absolutely cutting edge. Dial some attack back in, get organic sounds with the right mix. This makes fuzz playing a whole lot of fun! You simply have to to give her a go for yourself!
The Foxy Pirate is true bypass and runs off a standard 9v power supply or 9v battery.
